Favorite activity we did in Florence! Stefano and his mama are extremely kind people, and we are so thankful to have gotten the chance to take their class! Did I mention how amazing the pasta turned out? Butter-sage gnocchi was my favorite, the ragú was great too. Spectacular views from the Tuscan hills just outside Florence. They even gave us a ride back at the end in their super cute vintage car. All in all, unforgettable, a must try.

One of the best cooking experiences i’ve had in Italy! ✨BOOK IT ✨🙌🏽 Stefano and his Mamma Danielle are a great team! He mostly lead the class and Mamma D makes sure everyone is happy and learning. She is the sweetest. The location is gorgeous! You are in their home so it feels real authentic. The view is gorgeous! Eventhough is only 10 min away from pick up, you really feel in the country side. You cook in their backyard wich felt really peaceful. We prepared ragú and two types of past which you can take home to enjoy later, because the plates are big! A lot of wine too! Water and tea is provided as well. Im so happy I booked this experience, our group was perfect, the weather was great, the food delicious and the hosts amazing! The experience didnt feel rushed, I think it was timed perfectly. Stefano and Mama Daniela created such a fun and engaging experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with drinks, then guided through making fresh dough, pasta, and a delicious sauce. Along the way, we enjoyed some bruschetta, and later sat down to savor the pasta we had made together. The garden setting was beautiful, and both hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend this experience!
